  15. HiTech Calc! is the second in a series of themed Calculators. The first one was KidCalc!, you can find it in my home page.

  28. a) To get the real thing, first install everything as follows:
  29.  
  30.         - Drop the 3 font files in your System Folder
  31.         - Drop the HiTech cursor in you System Folder
  32.         - Put the HiTech! Calc color scheme for Kaleidoscope 1.5 in the folder called 
  33.              "Kaleidoscope color schemes" inside your extensions folder inside your System 
  34.              folder. If you have 
  35.              Kaleidoscope 1.5, it's sure you already know how to do this.
  36.         - Enter Kaleidoscope (in your control panels) and select HiTech! Calc as your current 
  37.              color scheme.
  38.         - Select HiTech as the default font for Kaleidoscope
  39.         - If you have Decor (or other utility to decorate your desktop with a picture) then
  40.              use the file HiTech desktop. Or you can use the Desktop patt 1 or Desktop patt 2 
  41.              with the Desktop pattern control panel
  42.         - If you have Adobe Type Manager 4 installed, you can configure it to get smooth
  43.           type in HiTech Calc!. You can get ATM4 free, it is included in the Adobe Acrobat          
  44.             Reader 3.0 package, download it pointing your web browser to 
  45.             http://www.adobe.com.

  51. You can use the mouse to push the buttons or use the keyboard as follows:

  53.     - Use the number keys to push the numbers.
  54.     - Use symbols like "+", "-", "*" and "/" to do the math.
  55.     - Use the "return", "enter" or "=" keys to get the result.
  56.     - If you make a mistake, correct it typing the "delete" or left-arrow key.
  57.     - Use the "C" key to clear the screen
